Team News
Tottenham midfielder Sandro has been passed fit for Wednesday's Premier League game against Liverpool despite being carried off on a stretcher with a stomach injury against West Ham.
Mousa Dembélé may start his first game in over a month after overcoming a hip problem, but Emmanuel Adebayor is suspended.
Meanwhile, Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom has recovered from the knee injury which kept him out at the weekend and returns to the squad to face Tottenham.
If the teenager regains his place, winger Stewart Downing - who played at left-back at Swansea on Sunday - would be the player most likely to make way.
Midfielder Lucas Leiva, who played an hour for the reserves on Friday, will not be included but could come into contention at the weekend.
Match Notes
In last season's game Liverpool were down to 10 men after 28 minutes, reduced to nine with 22 minutes left and lost 4-0.
It may not be so dramatic, but with Jermain Defoe on fire, Tottenham should be confident.
Indeed, if Luis Suárez is in the mood, this could be an entertaining affair. Liverpool's away record, however, is poor with just one win and four draws from six, so they could be happy with a repeat of their draw at Swansea.
Betting: Home 7-5, Away 19-10, Draw 23-10.
Stat of the game: Liverpool last won at White Hart Lane in May 2008 and have lost in four subsequent visits.
John Ley's prediction: Tottenham Hotspur 2 Liverpool 1.
