Harry Redknapp says he knows nothing of Newcastle's claims that striker Loic Remy will join them on a permanent basis.
The Frenchman moved to the north-east on a season-long loan from QPR over the summer, and has already proved a big hit on Tyneside, scoring five goals in as many games.
Newcastle boss Alan Pardew hinted a deal between the two clubs was in place to make Remy's switch long-term but conceded the fine print remains 'complicated'.
But QPR manager Redknapp insists he is unaware of any agreement between the two sides.

'I don't know what the deal is. I don't know what the chairman Tony Fernandes or [chief executive] Philip Beard have agreed,' he said.
'I don't know whether there's a fee agreed or not.
'He's certainly playing well for them. I said last season that he's a 10 to 15-goal a season man.'
