Kevin De Bruyne has no issues about his peripheral role at Chelsea after falling out of favour under José Mourinho.
The Belgium forward was not selected for the Champions League trip to Steaua Bucharest or for the following Premier League fixture at Norwich after failing to impress in a Capital One Cup match at Swindon and in training.
De Bruyne told the Belgian newspaper La Derniere Heure: "I really don't worry. You make it more of a problem than I do. Mourinho is the boss, he chooses who plays. We do not talk about it really. He tells me when I do something bad, but frankly I haven't heard such negative comments."
De Bruyne joined Chelsea in January 2012, spent the remainder of the 2011-12 campaign on loan at his previous club Genk and was on loan at Werder Bremen last season.
His performances in the Bundesliga persuaded Mourinho to hold on to De Bruyne but recent events have suggested the Belgium forward could leave on loan again in January.
"I chose to stay [instead of going on loan] and I have no regrets," De Bruyne said. "I continue to fight hard. My chance will come. I'm really not concerned about finding a solution in January. That we will have to see."
