Whether Carlos Tevez should be selected for this match having being arrested for driving while disqualified is a headache Roberto Mancini could have done without, especially as Sergio Agüero cannot play due to a knee problem. The FA Cup represents Manchester City's best hope of a trophy this season, although Mancini is wary that Barnsley may take inspiration from Bradford City, who raised their game to make it all the way to the Capital One Cup final. A City win may add more pressure on Manchester United, who play Chelsea on Sunday and will not want to be knocked out of a second competition inside a week. Jamie Jackson
